At Major Golf Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new golf equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and securely packed in the original shipping box.

  Ship to Major Golf

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
